JHA Prompter – Task-Level Job Hazard Analysis

The JHA Prompter creates a clean, structured Job Hazard Analysis tailored to how today’s task will be performed. It uses the hazard library and CAP logic to identify exposures linked to each job step and to define baseline controls required to work safely.

How to Use

  • Describe the task and list the job steps.
  • Select applicable CAPs and hazards for each step.
  • Submit to generate the task-level JHA.

What You Receive

A formatted Job Hazard Analysis Report showing:

  • Job steps with associated hazards,
  • CAP-driven minimum compliance requirements,
  • Items that must be corrected before work can proceed.

A single “No” in a CAP requirement signals a work-stoppage condition until the issue is resolved.
